Actually in Monopoly you won't know either. Basically it's base
on the roll of the dice. IF everyone heng heng never land on your
expensive property, it's also no use.
No one can predict what is going to happen in the future for any
business decisions. When you weight the pros and cons and it seems
that there are more pros, then go for it. The telecommunications
industry is very very lucrative in alot of developing countries.
Thailand is too as it is pretty much controlled. That is why you
pay thru your nose for IDD calls to Thailand. It's so much cheaper
for me to call Canada/USA than Thailand.
